G.B. Wilson Enterprises Limited began as a consulting company providing executive-level strategic advice across technology, manufacturing and services.
Its work brought management, process and technology together: understanding a company’s position, defining a direction and translating that direction into decisions people could act on.
GBW’s work has encompassed strategic planning, product migration, business development and operational improvement. That background informs its holding-company perspective on ownership and stewardship.

Greg holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering. His career includes engineering and management positions at Spar Aerospace, Canadian Astronautics and Computing Devices Corporation.
He has also held executive-level positions at Intergraph and J.D. Irving Limited, and worked as an independent consultant for Digital Equipment, Bell Canada, Xwave Solutions and Newbridge Networks.
That combination connects technical understanding with commercial judgement: what a product needs to do, how an organisation brings it to market and what must change to make the plan work.

PVI brings together businesses working in security screening, fingerprinting technology and information protection. Its portfolio includes Reliability Screening Solutions Inc., Orenex and ClearNeed.
GBW is Greg’s private holding company. PVI is the separate operating and acquisition platform; its businesses, services and commercial enquiries belong with PVI.
